And once you have made up your mind and the team have polished up your choice, organised tax and insurance and delivered your new pride and joy, the all important post-purchase service is second to none. It’s like buying from family. MKS don’t just sell bikes and stuff: they really take care of your needs and do it better than anyone else.

Dear Andy,

I would just like to say a very big thank you to yourself and all the staff at Miles Kingsport after the purchase and delivery of my bike. As this was, effectively, an internet sale through your own website, you personally ensured that I was given as accurate a description, with additional photos, as possible. You answered all my questions and negating my need to travel to your garage, from Coventry. I am also aware that you endeavoured to get the delivery to me as quickly as was possible (48 hrs from purchase to receipt).

To be honest, your service was nothing less than I would expect from a Honda dealer. However, to then order and post to me the grab rail bolts and a washer for free was, to my mind, going that extra mile...no pun intended!

I would like to add that I chose to purchase from you for peace of mind. Knowing that the bike was serviced and checked by a Honda dealer, having a years MOT and a 60 day warrantee ensured that for me. There are only now 4 other examples of this bike that I can find through ‘Bike Trader’ and ‘MCN’ websites. Yours was the best price and lowest mileage for the excellent condition of the bike.

So, thank you again. I am now off for another spin.

Dear Andy,

I am the very proud owner of a 2009 HRC fireblade which I purchased from Miles Kingsport, this is the 5th Honda that I have bought from them and I have always found the service exceptional and the whole team are always really helpful and friendly. My bikes have always been well looked after in the workshop (servicing only of course, as I have never had any problems with Honda!).

The atmosphere in the shop is great and it’s always nice to just call in for a chat and a cuppa.
