Miles Kingsport Technicians Achieve " Honda Diagnostic Technician Status"

Having undergone further training at the Honda Institute, we are proud to announce that 2 of our Maintenance Technicians have now achieved Diagnostic status. This combined with our state of the art Honda Dianostic Sytem tooling will improve our quality of service to the customer. Michael Hailstone and Chris Janney earlier this month undertook further training and passed their exams. This course is designed to enable technicians to cut to the chase when it comes to diagnosing faults. This will therefore save us time, you money and identify faults correctly first time. This higher qualification underlines our commitment to the Honda brand and ultimately you the customer. Our congratulations to Mike and Chris!

Workshop Refurbishment

Completed 25th January 2010

Traditionally November and December are the 2 quieter months in the workshop diary but we have been busy preparing for the seasonal demand which these days starts in January. We have invested time and money in a reburbishment program that makes us proud to do the job we do. All the old workbenches have been pulled out to make way for new. The walls have been dry lined, new high impact resin floor laid and decorated throughout. No expense spared either when it comes to providing our technicians with top quality workbenches, tooling and cabinets. This all goes to make for a clean, efficient and pleasurable experience.

All our technicians are factory-trained by the Honda Institute to their exacting standards. After rigorous training, technicians undertake an exam and following

successful completion become fully licensed. Honda will only permit licensed technicians to work on your bike. We pride ourselves on good quality work which has proved to keep customers satisfied and long term maintenance costs to a minimum.

Collection and Delivery Service

Bike wont start or unable to get your bike in to us, no worries. We offer a collection and delivery service at times convenient to you. Our trained van drivers will take care of your machine and return it to you usually in the same day. Collection and delivery charges apply depending on your location.

Courtesy Bike Available

We aim to keep you on the road at all times. Should you require a Courtesy bike, just mention this to our receptionist at the time of booking and we will be happy to provide this for you. We are currently running a Honda CB600 Hornet. An ideal bike to get you through the town and keep your day uninterrupted. Terms and conditions apply.
