Miles Kingsport New Website - Over 50 years of Honda in Hull

POSTED: 17/09/2026

A New Website, Built for the Next 50 Years

Fifty years ago, Miles Kingsport opened its doors in Hull as a Honda dealer. Today, we're opening something new: a completely rebuilt website, designed to make finding your next Honda simpler – whether that's browsing the full 2026 range, booking a service, or getting to know the team who'll look after you long after you've ridden away. Here's what's changed, why we built it, and where to find everything.

Fifty Years in Hull, and Just Getting Started

Founded in 1976, Miles Kingsport has spent half a century as Hull's Honda specialist. This website marks a new chapter in that story. We didn't just want a site that looked good on launch day – we wanted one built to carry us into the next fifty years, with room to grow as the Honda range does, and the speed and clarity our customers expect from a dealer who's been doing this since before most of the current range existed.

Six Years Running: UK Honda Dealer of the Year

We were crowned Honda UK Motorcycle Dealer of the Year for 2025 – our sixth consecutive win in the category. (Yes, we know 2020 doesn't count; there was no award that year because of the pandemic.) Six wins in a row isn't down to any one thing – it's the range, the workshop, and how we treat customers on every visit, not just the sale. This website is built to reflect that same standard, carrying it into how you research, browse and buy a Honda from us online.

The Team Behind Every Visit

A website can only do so much – the rest comes down to the people you actually deal with. Every member of our team has been with Miles Kingsport for ten years or more: Chairman Tim Wade and Managing Director Andrew Kirkup lead the business, Mike Hailstone heads up After Sales, Craig Nuttall looks after online business development alongside parts and clothing advice, and our workshop is kept running by Technician Michael Saunders and Service Centre Foreman Ben Rusling, alongside Lee Fetches. That kind of experience doesn't show up on a spec sheet, but it's there every time you walk through the door – or now, every time you get in touch through the new site.

150+ Machines, Nine Ranges, One Specialist Team

Our showroom carries over 150 new and used machines, spanning the full breadth of Honda's 2026 line-up – from 125cc first bikes through Adventure, Custom, Touring, Street, Supersports, Sport Touring, Scooters and Electric. We're also part of Honda's official Gold Wing specialist dealer network, and currently the UK's No.2 Gold Wing dealer by sales – a title we'd very much like to make No.1.

  • The Benefit: Honda dealer support & knowledge, Genuine Honda parts, and clothing from brands including Schuberth, Shark, Richa, Nolan/SMK and Hiplok, factory-trained technicians working with the latest Honda diagnostic tooling, and nationwide delivery carried out by our own team rather than a courier.
  • The Result: Whichever Honda you choose, and wherever you're riding home to, you get the same specialist standard of service Miles Kingsport has built its reputation on.

Built to Last (And Built Again)

This isn't the first time Miles Kingsport has had a website built by DealerWebs – it's the second, who else could we trust with our digital showroom. We won't pretend we didn't enjoy getting the chance to go again, this time with fifty years of history and six Dealer of the Year wins to do justice to. Here's hoping the next update is a long way off.

Terms and Conditions

Complaints procedure.
We take all complaints seriously.
Our process for dealing with complaints received by us will differ depending on what the complaint is about.
1. Products regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
We will treat as a FCA regulated product complaint relating to credit broking or insurance product (Regulated Complaint) any oral or written or email expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not, from, or on behalf of, a person about the provision of, or failure to provide, a financial service, which alleges that the complainant has suffered (or may suffer) financial loss, material distress or material inconvenience.
2. Goods and non-financial services
All other complaints regarding goods or non-financial services supplied by us will be treated as a general complaint.
Process for all complaints
Many concerns can be dealt with straight away but sometimes it is necessary for us to look into the matters you have raised in more detail. Please address all complaints to our Managing Director in the first instance to our business address by post, or via the general enquiry form online.
The responsible department manager or director will contact you to attempt to resolve the concern.
If the concern has not been resolved within 14 days it will be automatically escalated back to the Managing Director. When a concern is believed to have been resolved by the responsible manager or director, they will submit the concern for closure via the Managing Director.
You may raise or discuss your concern with our Manging Director at any stage.
Process for general complaints
After the process above, if we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, then we will provide details of certified Alternative Dispute Resolution providers that you may contact.
Process for Regulated Complaints
In addition to the process above, our management team will also review all regulated Complaints and we have a slightly more formal process as follows:
• Promptly following receipt of your complaint
Any regulated Complaint that has not been resolved straight away will be recorded by our management team and we will send you a letter to acknowledge your concerns.
If we believe that another firm or company is responsible for the matters to which your complaint relates and is therefore best placed to resolve it, we may forward your complaint to them to investigate. If we do so, we will write to you to let you know and will give you the name of the firm or company to which we are forwarding your complaint.
• Within eight weeks from receipt
Unless covered by the second paragraph below, we will aim to have completed our investigation and provide you with our final response in relation to your complaint within eight weeks of receipt of your complaint. If we cannot provide you with our response within eight weeks, we will write to you explaining why this is the case and indicate when a response will be sent to you. You will also be advised of your right to take the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service should you be dissatisfied with the outcome of our investigation and our final response.
